When can I expect to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within two business days. FedEx® and LTL (less than truckload) orders will receive a tracking number and email confirmation once the order has shipped. For customers receiving deliveries via our trucks, feel free to call customer service to track your order.

There's a problem with my order.
Hmm, such a thing has never occurred, so we’re not sure how to answer. Just kidding. Mistakes or problems are rare, but they do happen. Call or email us with any problem or question, and we’ll do what we can to immediately make it right. If possible, please have the Item# and Order# ready. 800-222-8562 or email us.
Can I pick up my order?
Orders are available for pick-up in our Asheville, Hickory, High Point, Clinton and Columbia locations.
Is there a minimum order?
We don’t require a minimum order, but please understand that almost everything we sell is by the case. (i.e., we don’t accept orders for “a can” of adhesive)
